Independent Hafilat recharge for Abu Dhabi

AD Fare Point is a small Abu Dhabi–based service that helps residents and visitors reload their transit cards without visiting a kiosk. We built the flow around one clear task: enter the card number, pay in AED, get the balance queued for update.

We are not the card issuer and we are not affiliated with the Integrated Transport Centre or any government body. If you need in-person help — new card issuance, refunds after loss, or concession category changes — those services are handled directly by the official issuer.

Common questions about bus card recharge

How do I top up my Hafilat card through the website?

Open the recharge page, type your 10-digit card number, choose the amount you want to add (AED 5 minimum), and confirm the payment. You do not need to create an account. If anything is unclear, our support team responds during working hours.

How long does the bus card recharge take?

Payments submitted during working hours are processed the same working day. Late-evening and weekend top-ups are typically applied the next working morning. If you need to travel immediately, we recommend topping up in advance.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept standard debit and credit cards issued in AED. All card data is entered on a secure payment page. We never store full card numbers or CVV codes on our side.

Are there any fees or limits?

Minimum single top-up is AED 5, maximum is AED 500 per transaction. A small fixed service fee is displayed before you confirm — no hidden charges after payment.

What if the payment goes through but my balance is not updated?

Send us the card number and the payment reference through the contact form or by email. We check the queue manually and re-submit the top up if it did not reach the transit system.

Is it safe to enter card details on your site?
