How the balance check works

The Hafilat card stores a prepaid balance and, in some cases, product passes (monthly caps, student allowances). The preview shown here is the last known top up value linked to the card number you entered.

If the number you rode with is very recent, the network sync may lag by up to a few hours. If you doubt the figure, tap the card at any bus validator — the on-board reader shows the exact remaining amount.

What to do when the balance is low

  • Go to Recharge and enter the same card number.
  • Choose a top up amount (AED 5 minimum).
  • Confirm the payment — balance is queued for update the same working day.
